Estabrook Estate
The homeowners of the Ward Wellington Ward estate known as Estabrook approached SUNY ESF in 2024 with an idea for a group of students to assist them with redesigning the 17 acre property.
I published a complete design book for each of the program areas. Since the book is dozens of pages, below is site context and an excerpt of one chapter focusing on the southwestern area of the property or “West Meadow”.
*While this was a group project, I designed most of the design book and the work shown here is my own.
